Job Summary
Welcome every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct guests. Help fellow Team Members and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a warm, caring attitude and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods. No experience is necessary. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and life insurance.
