Job Summary
Greet guests upon entry, manage seating via the Open Table system, and coordinate table assignments with servers and managers. Monitor reservations, communicate updates, and ensure the host area remains stocked with menus, silverware, and cleaning supplies. Inspect and clean restrooms, lobbies, and floors to maintain sanitation standards, while assisting with pre-shift meetings, rolling silverware, and resetting tables. Answer telephone inquiries regarding hours, directions, and take-out orders. Work assigned scheduled shifts, including late nights between 12 AM and 3 AM, weekends, and holidays, while following all Image and Appearance standards and supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work Late Night shifts, potentially to between 12 AM – 3AM
- Works assigned scheduled shifts
- Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write
- Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Ability to transport items up to 30 pounds
- Remain in stationary position for up to 4 hours throughout work shift
- Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (i.e Serv Save, TIPs, etc) a plus
- Food handling certificate a plus
