Job Summary
Welcome every guest with a warm greeting, manage the wait list, and communicate guest concerns to the manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them to the correct department. Assist fellow team members as needed and contribute to maintaining a safe, welcoming environment. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while standing for long periods. No experience is necessary.
