Job Summary
Greet guests with a warm smile, manage reservations and seating flow, and escort patrons to tables while maintaining FOH cleanliness. Calculate wait times, present menus, and address inquiries or complaints professionally, escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover and ensure equitable service. Complete drawer balancing, assist with bussing, and maintain alertness for restaurant operations. Adhere to grooming standards, safety protocols, and the Colorado Limited Gaming Act. Requires strong multitasking skills, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume situations efficiently
- Ability to remain composed under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) or more years in a customer service role
- Flexibility in terms of working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and reservation systems
- Must wear a gaming license if in possession of one
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
