Job Summary
Host role responsible for greeting guests warmly, escorting them to tables, and assisting with seating while maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Must know the menu to highlight items, coordinate with servers and bussers, monitor wait times, answer phones courteously, manage closing duties, restock supplies, and maintain guest relations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Requires 2 years of experience in hosting or customer service, strong customer-service skills, English literacy, and a preferred high school diploma or GED. Located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience hosting or in customer service
- Sufficient education and literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs
- Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in basic English preferred
