Job Summary
Give a warm welcome to every Guest, manage the wait list, and communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate. Answer telephone calls within three rings, direct calls, and help fellow Team Members as needed. Maintain a safe and welcoming environment while working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. This role requires a friendly, warm attitude and the ability to stand for long periods or lift trays. No experience necessary; we offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules with growth opportunities and a great team atmosphere.
