Job Summary
Role focuses on managing Hospitals, Higher Education & Government (HHG) banking client relationships, delivering growth in loans, deposits, and fee-based revenue while ensuring profitability and risk management. The Banker II will lead cross-functional collaboration with Public Finance, Industry Consultants, Wholesale Payments, Credit Delivery, Wealth, and Risk partners to execute HHG growth strategies, develop and execute marketing plans to expand new and existing client relationships, ensure data integrity and compliance, and manage the servicing of credit relationships through thorough documentation and portfolio oversight. Strong credit, finance, and relationship-management skills, along with experience handling large complex corporate relationships and credit products, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
- More than eight (8) years of experience in financial services, preferably with Hospitals, Higher Education & Government clients
- Ability to grasp large complex Hospitals, Higher Education & Government credits clearly
- Strong command of credit and finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in managing large and complex corporate relationships; knowledgeable and experienced in complex credit products and structuring, including loan syndication and participations
