Job Summary
Hospitality Zone Manager at Seabrook oversees a designated zone of vacation rental properties, acts as the main point of contact for property owners, and ensures guest satisfaction through appearance, inventory, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. Responsibilities include inspections post-departure and pre-arrival, coordinating repairs and housekeeping, supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, developing inspection protocols, generating reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations, and collaborating with other zones and departments. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required, with preference for bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities and related certifications; background check required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relative experience in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hospitality management, property management, or related field
- CVRI and CVRHP certifications preferred
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in supervising and motivating teams
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
- All candidates must pass a background check prior to employment
