Job Summary
Outside sales role within Ecolab’s Institutional division focusing on a hospitality territory; responsibilities include servicing and maintaining ware washing, laundry and dispensing equipment, training customer staff on safe equipment use, growing sales across a defined foodservice/hospitality account base, performing regular and emergency maintenance, and conducting sales demonstrations. The position involves planning and managing a flexible, independent schedule, prospecting for new accounts, and traveling within the Prince Rupert, Kitimat, and Terrace territory including weekends and occasional overnight trips. Compensation includes base salary with quarterly incentives and annual bonus, a company car, full benefits, and a structured training program.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Post secondary education preferred
- 1 plus year of outside sales experience
- Willing to be on call during off hours and during weekend coverage
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
