Job Summary
Support Services Technician across Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Reception, Patient Transport, and Supply Chain in multiple hospital locations. Responsibilities include assisting visitors, staff, and patients; ensuring a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment; greeting and guiding individuals to their destinations; completing special projects as directed; and collaborating with team members to improve the patient experience. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of customer service or related experience; preferred certifications related to life support, food handling, and food protection are noted. This is a part-time role with shifts including daytime hours and travel between Butterworth and Blodgett Hospital locations as part of a multi-department patient-care support team.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year of relevant experience
- Customer service and/or other related experience

- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association
- CRT-BLS - ARC American Red Cross
- CRT-Accredited Food Handler - ANSI National Accreditation Board
- CRT-Accredited Food Allergy Certificate - ANSI National Accreditation Board
- CRT-Accredited Food Protection Manager, CFP - ANSI National Accreditation Board
