Job Summary
Greet guests, guide them through the menu, enter orders into the point-of-sale system, and process payments while taking telephone and takeout orders. Master menu knowledge, including food restrictions and allergies, then make and serve fresh non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Deliver food to guests, refill drinks, and clear, sanitize, and restock tables, restrooms, and service stations. Maintain a safe environment by practicing food handling protocols and complying with company safety policies. Work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

- Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a hot kitchen environment
- Must be able to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
