Job Summary
Greet guests, guide them through the menu, and process payments while taking telephone and takeout orders. Master menu knowledge regarding food restrictions and allergies, then make and serve both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Deliver food to tables, refill drinks, and clear, sanitize, and restock service stations and restrooms hourly. Maintain a safe environment by practicing proper food handling, sanitizing stations, and complying with safety policies. Work in a fast-paced setting, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and supporting other restaurant areas as needed.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card
- Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- Must be able to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis
- Some bending/kneeling/stooping required
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a hot kitchen environment
- Must be able to place plates, utensils, pans, and cases on both high and low shelves
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors
