Job Summary
Hospitality Team Member responsibilities include greeting customers, gathering information for work orders, ringing up customers on a computerized cash register, assisting the vehicle team with vacuuming cars, maintaining a clean and comfortable customer lounge, and supporting operations in a fast-paced automotive service environment. Ideal candidates possess positivity, diligence, adaptability, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills, and are capable of multitasking in a team-oriented, customer-service driven setting. The role is available in part-time and full-time shifts (typical hours 8am-6pm Mon-Sat, 8am-5pm Sundays) with opportunities for career advancement toward customer service advisor, management, or service technician paths.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must work Saturdays or Sundays
- Experience in customer service or automotive environments preferred
- Must be able to operate a computerized cash register, handle money, and complete transactions accurately
- Must have excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide outstanding customer service
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
