Job Summary
Front of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience. Duties emphasize customer service and guest engagement: Smile, maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, make emotional connections with guests, and help reflect the restaurant's vision and values. Must multitask quickly, be team-oriented and dependable, adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code, and be able to stand for long periods. Role involves working under independent franchised Operators with flexible scheduling (and Sundays closed).
