Job Summary
Kitchen Porter & Stockperson responsible for stocking front-of-house supplies across multiple floors, maintaining lounge areas and satellite kitchens, assisting the Head Chef with daily food service operations, food preparation and plating, dishwashing and cleaning stations, coordinating equipment maintenance requests, supporting catering for events, managing waste and ensuring hygienic work areas. Working hours are 7am–4pm with some overtime; role requires physically demanding tasks, standing for extended periods, stairs access, and a strong team orientation. Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Capable of walking up and down stairs to access storage/refrigeration
