Job Summary
Oversee valet, shuttle, and guest-service activities while supporting the Account Manager to ensure consistent service delivery and a safe, polished environment. Create a professional first impression for guests, coach team members on service standards, and handle elevated concerns with professionalism. Manage traffic flow at hotel entrances and pickup areas, conduct site walkthroughs to address safety or operational issues, and enforce parking rules. Act as onsite leadership during shifts, assist with new hire onboarding, and coordinate with hotel partners regarding guest expectations. Complete daily checklists, shift reports, and incident documentation while maintaining key control and vehicle logging procedures. Work outside of normal hours to answer communications and may be required to rotate between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to drive and operate a standard and automatic transmission vehicle comfortably
- Must have good communication skills
- Must maintain professional image
- May be required to answer phone calls/emails/texts outside of regular business hours
- May be required to work at other locations as deemed necessary by their supervisor
- Bending, sitting and standing repeatedly
- Pulling and pushing, as in opening and closing car doors, consistently for entire shift
- May be required to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart
- Must be able to stand, walk and/or jog for an entire shift
- Depth perception: the ability to identify which of several objects is closer or farther away
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including but not limited to: rain, cold, heat, and humidity
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word Document and PowerPoint
- Previous management experience in the parking, hospitality or service industry
