Job Summary
Deliver exceptional guest experiences by welcoming guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation, food safety, and health and safety. Work as part of a high-performing team to keep service running smoothly and contribute to customer satisfaction and the achievement of restaurant goals. This full-time permanent role involves rostered shifts across Monday to Sunday with a minimum of 30 hours per week, offering competitive pay of $25.00–$28.00 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months experience in hospitality or similar role involving customer service and sales
- A genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Passionate about customer service and committed to high standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in New Zealand (New Zealand citizens, permanent residents, or holders of valid New Zealand work visas)
