Partnership role at Waitrose counter – service-counter hospitality associate focused on food presentation, stock management, hygiene, health and safety, and customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining counter presentation, monitoring stock levels, handling open foods with due diligence, reducing food wastage, staying informed on new products and Waitrose food values (e.g., animal welfare), and supporting the wider shop team. Night premium applies for hours 22:00–06:00 (£3.75 per hour) with Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements; contract is permanent, with part-time hours (14.5 per week) across specified shifts.
