Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival and departure, manage the reservation board, and lead the wait by seating guests while accommodating preferences. Maintain cleanliness at the host stand, bus tables, sanitize surfaces, roll silverware, and clear tables. Run food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all items are delivered. Assist with cleaning and organizing projects, including restroom protocols, while maintaining seating rotation and organization. Work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a standing position up to ten hours.
Required Qualifications
