Job Summary
Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye. Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations while taking and processing orders accurately using the POS system. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect, deliver food and beverages promptly, and maintain clean, organized dining areas. Complete opening and closing tasks, handle to-go and phone orders efficiently, and support teammates to keep service flowing. Requires 1+ year of guest-facing experience in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year guest-facing experience in a high volume or fast-casual restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed
