Hospitality Specialist

Hospitality Specialist at Luna Grill will be the face of the brand, delivering genuine service, warmth, and care with every guest interaction. You will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take and process orders using the POS system, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accuracy, deliver food and beverages promptly, maintain clean dining and service areas, complete opening/closing tasks, handle to-go and phone orders, and support teammates to keep service flowing. The role requires 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant setting, strong communication and multitasking abilities, a customer-focused mindset, comfort in a fast-paced team environment, knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards, and bonus bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.
