Job Summary
Welcome every guest with enthusiasm, guide them through the menu, and take orders accurately using the POS system. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect, then deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining clean, organized dining areas. Complete opening and closing tasks, handle to-go and phone orders efficiently, and support teammates to keep service flowing smoothly. This role requires 1+ year of guest-facing restaurant experience, excellent communication skills, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- A natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed
