Job Summary
Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye. Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations. Take and process orders accurately using the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift. Complete opening and closing tasks, handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency, and support teammates to keep service flowing. Requires 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role with excellent communication and multitasking skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Compensation varies by region, ranging from $11.00 to $24.00/hr plus tips.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role
