Job Summary
Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests by greeting them with moments of humanity, taking orders, handling payments via the POS system, and managing Drive-Up Service deliveries. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and properly stocked restaurant while ensuring food quality, equipment, and work environment standards are met through strong communication. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to foster a positive environment aligned with core values. Full-time or part-time hours vary based on business necessity, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Must pass Food Handler course and test in compliance with CA state law requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, wipe, twist, climb, lift/carry up to 25 lbs individually, grip/grasp, and move throughout the restaurant for 4-10 hours per shift, up to 6 shifts per week
- Must be available for early morning, late evenings, weekends and/or holidays
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred
