Job Summary
Supervise Hospitality Services in a senior living community. Assist the Culinary Services Director with recruitment, interviewing, selection, and termination of department staff; coordinate staffing and scheduling within Sonida Senior Living guidelines. Foster positive employee relations by facilitating open communication and timely resolution of issues; ensure adherence to established policies and procedures. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of food service supervision experience in healthcare/hospitality or a senior living environment; capable of planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and interpreting department programs, goals, and policies; able to lead, direct, and mentor a large staff. Location: Green Bay, WI. Employment type: Full-time.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years’ experience of Food Service Supervision in a hospital, hotel, healthcare, or senior living environment
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures of the Food Service Department.
- Ability to lead, direct and mentor a large staff.
