Job Summary
Manage front desk operations, check-ins/outs, and reservation systems with accuracy. Deliver professional service, resolve guest issues promptly, and maintain clean, safe common areas and guest rooms using standard procedures. Restock cleaning supplies, prioritize tasks via the property management system, and perform regular safety hazard checks. Model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions while maintaining an organized work area. Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record and perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership. Work 45-55 hours daily, standing and hiking up to 8 hours with a 50-pound lift limit. Requires proficiency in Word, Excel, POS systems, and Microsoft Teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Proficient computer skills
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record
