Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position is responsible for providing an exceptional experience for guests by greeting them, ensuring efficient service, and maintaining a clean atmosphere. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, managing seating, taking to-go orders, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining cleanliness of various restaurant areas, and supporting staff operations. Candidates must have strong customer service and communication skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid ServSafe alcohol certification is required for those serving alcoholic beverages.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification (required for alcoholic beverage service)
- Any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
