Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by greeting customers, managing seating, and providing timely service. Duties include performing the Host role by welcoming and seating guests, handling To-Go orders with accuracy, and ensuring cleanliness in various restaurant areas. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess a valid ServSafe alcohol certification and any other legally required certifications to be eligible for employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- All applicants applying for a position involved in the service of alcoholic beverages must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- All applicants must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
