Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through welcoming service, taking orders for To-Go items, and maintaining a clean and friendly atmosphere. Duties include greeting customers, managing seating flow, taking accurate orders, ensuring cleanliness of the restaurant, and assisting in various roles as needed. Essential skills include customer service, mathematical competency, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 17/18 years or older, possess valid alcohol service certifications where applicable, and be prepared to uphold Hooters' core values.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification (for positions involved in alcohol service)
- Other legally required certifications as applicable
