Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters focuses on providing a welcoming and efficient experience for guests through three main roles: Host, To-Go service, and Staff support. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing take-out orders with accuracy, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. Essential skills include effective communication, customer service, multitasking, and familiarity with the menu and sanitation practices. Applicants must be at least 17/18 years old and hold any required alcohol service certifications.
