Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position focuses on providing guests with an exceptional experience through various roles, including Host, To-Go, and Staff. Responsibilities include greeting guests, seating arrangements, taking orders for To-Go services, maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant, and ensuring food presentation and order accuracy. Skills required include good customer service, basic math, multi-tasking, and knowledge of sanitation and menu items. All employees must promote the brand's core values and adhere to operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
