Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, which includes greeting customers, managing the flow of the restaurant, taking orders for To-Go services, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of menu items and sanitation practices is necessary. All candidates serving alcohol must hold a valid ServSafe alcohol certification, with other required certifications being mandatory prior to starting employment.
