Job Summary
The Hospitality Service Support position at Hooters is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience through roles such as Host, To-Go order taker, and Staff. Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate orders, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, and ensuring guest satisfaction through attentive service. Candidates must have strong customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess menu knowledge. Certifications such as ServSafe for serving alcohol are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17/18 years of age or older
- All applicants applying for a position involved in the service of alcoholic beverages must have a valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
