Job Summary
Build the candidate pipeline in your primary market across server, bartender, banquet, and line cook roles while pre-screening for ServSafe and TIPS credentials. Develop bilingual Spanish-language sourcing networks and identify staff with floor-leadership potential for the captain-track promotion pipeline. Coordinate with the Training Manager to push qualified candidates into cohort cycles and broker direct-hire conversions for operators seeking full-time talent. Co-author content on hospitality talent strategy and maintain a tiered bench where every name is screened for craft. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality recruiting or talent acquisition
- Hotel branded TA
- hospitality staffing agency recruiter
- fine dining HR
- country club / private club HR
- convention center HR
- ATS fluency (Manatal, Bullhorn, Avionté, or equivalent)
- Local talent network in one of our markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Charleston, Savannah, Jacksonville, Nashville, Tampa, Orlando, Miami
- You believe the recruiter is the first line of defense against a bad service night
- You source like the operator's reputation is on the line
- Someone who has never worked the operator side of hospitality
