Job Summary
Project Manager for custodial services contracts at Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson in Anchorage, AK, overseeing contract requirements, company policies, and the fiscal performance of assigned accounting units; manages supervisory duties, coordinates travel, and ensures compliance with regulatory and security requirements. Responsibilities include ensuring successful performance of contracts, supervising personnel, and maintaining safety and operational standards. Requires driving ability, background screening, and eligibility for the contract work.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial services or related experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Working knowledge/experience of work described in contract operations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under the corporate policy
- Must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s)
- Must be able to pass all required regulatory/security background screening
- May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions
- May work with cleaning chemicals
