Job Summary
Coordinate operational planning and project management for Hospitality & Events across all Willow campuses. Build and improve systems to support ministry execution while managing data, workflows, and processes through Rock and other platforms. Equip volunteers and staff with necessary resources and partner with ministry leaders to create engaging weekend and holiday experiences. Ensure every detail supports a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered guest environment. This role requires high organizational skills and experience in hospitality or operations, with a salary range of $55,000-$63,000.
