Job Summary
Hospitality Operations Manager responsible for a zone of homes, directly managing a team of housekeepers, scheduling and delegating tasks, coordinating with Hospitality Coordinators and other managers, visiting properties to anticipate guest or owner issues, and owning guest- and owner-satisfaction outcomes. Role focuses on operational execution to keep homes functional, clean, and guest-ready (FCS), resolve in-stay issues, and elevate the guest experience through proactive collaboration with cross-functional teams and process improvements in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of operational experience in hospitality, property management, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating or delivering fieldwork in a fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to solve problems and act with urgency
- Tech savvy and comfortable using mobile and desktop task tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
