Build the ops playbook with run-of-show templates, BEO walk-through standards, and pre-shift briefing protocols. Dispatch crews and manage logistics across multiple markets for high-stakes events like 500+ cover plated dinners and large weddings. Lead floor operations, conduct crew coaching, and execute post-event reconciliation for hours and performance notes. Coordinate BEO reviews with clients and venue captains while co-authoring content on hospitality ops at scale. This non-exclusive contract role requires 10+ years in hospitality operations and BEO fluency, with a focus on scaling discipline across markets.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in hospitality operations with significant floor leadership
- Hotel banquet manager, F&B director, catering operations director, convention center operations
- Branded hotel or independent property at scale (Forbes / AAA Diamond / luxury independent)
- BEO fluency
- Run-of-show fluency
- Crew dispatch and logistics across multiple events / venues in the same week
- Experience running a multi-event week with overlapping crews
- Understanding that operations is not logistics software and a spreadsheet
