Job Summary
Hospitality Operations & Infrastructure Venue Manager for FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027 in Rio de Janeiro. Responsible for supervision of stadium hospitality infrastructure requirements and technical operations across all venue sites, coordinating with the Official Hospitality Provider (OHP) and FIFA stadium operations to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery. Manages on-site hospitality programs, oversight of facilities for FIFA Affiliates and Commercial Partners, validation of operational plans (cleaning, waste, security, medical, signage, transport, fan operations, accreditation, power, IT, ticketing, etc.), and health and safety adherence. Lead on-site hospitality guest management, directing multiple service providers and volunteers, and ensuring accurate stakeholder accreditation and catering operations. Requires strong communication, organizational abilities, leadership and ability to work across parallel work streams; fluency in Portuguese and English; proficient in MS Office, planning software, and AutoCAD. The role involves day-to-day reporting to FIFA HQ, attendance at daily coordination meetings, and hands-on match-day hospitality delivery across venues; initial placement as Rio de Janeiro Stadium Hospitality Operations & Infrastructure Venue Manager during tournament time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in Event Management, Sports Hospitality Management, Project Management, etc.
