Job Summary
Lead the Front of House (FOH) team by managing shifts, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service at the Bristol venue. Oversee bookings and collaborate with the broader management team to drive overall success. Maintain a schedule of maximum 42 hours per week with a minimum of 38, while contributing to financial targets and food and drink Gross Profits. The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience in hospitality, including Barista training, and offers a competitive salary range of £30,000.00 to £33,000.00 per year.
Required Qualifications
