Act as the primary point of contact for Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients, delivering bespoke, white-glove experiences that align with international luxury standards. Design and coordinate exclusive lifestyle events and personalized rewards, functioning as a trusted advisor who fosters long-term loyalty through deep industry knowledge and emotional intelligence. Manage complex demands and high-volume transactions with poise, ensuring absolute discretion and professional composure in high-stakes environments. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while engaging high-profile individuals with assertiveness and executive presence. This role requires full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, with a strong preference for candidates who love sports and have experience in top-tier 5-star boutique hotels. Based in Mexico City, the ideal candidate must possess the charisma, good presentation, and charm to meet top players and organize detailed events, operating with flexibility for on-site duties and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Luxury Hospitality (5-star General Management), or Elite Relationship Management
- Proven track record of directly managing relationships with highly influential, affluent individuals
- Executive presence required to communicate effectively at a peer level with high-net-worth clients
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to maintain professional composure and authority in high-pressure, high-stakes financial environments
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
- Capacity to understand market trends and client behavior to drive engagement and prevent churn
- Experience in the online gaming industry
- Experience working in top hotels in Mexico City
- Love for sports
- Good presentation, charisma, and looks the part
- Extremely polite and charming
- Ability to speak to a person that is close enough and not being a friend (maintaining professional separation)
- Ability to travel
- Availability for quite a lot of events
- Availability 24/7
