Job Summary
Hospitality Manager overseeing F&B, guest services, and events for a brand-new venue at Yarrow at Paramount Place. Lead a team, recruit and train staff, manage rotas and budgets, ensure food hygiene and licensing compliance, plan events with community and sales teams, and drive a welcoming, high-standard guest experience for residents and town visitors. Must have strong organisational and communication skills and be able to collaborate across departments to launch and grow the venue into a vibrant community destination.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Level 3 Supervisor Certificate and/or Personal Licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience managing teams, rotas, budgets, and hospitality service delivery
- Knowledge of food hygiene and alcohol licensing practices
