Job Summary
Lead front-of-house operations by coaching and developing the hospitality team, driving sales while managing labor and operating costs. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, resolve guest concerns with empathy, and monitor speed of service to maintain brand standards and operational execution. Hire, onboard, and train future leaders while building systems to continuously improve processes and ensure cleanliness and organization. Create a culture where both guests and team members feel valued, excited to return, and supported in a fast-paced environment. Partner closely with the General Manager to ensure every guest experiences the warm, welcoming hospitality Neighborly is known for.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong guest service and team leadership experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, carry, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Desired Qualifications
- High-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Restaurant365 (R365) experience is a plus
- A genuine passion for hospitality
- A sense of urgency without sacrificing the guest experience
- A collaborative leadership style
- Experience coaching and developing teams
