Job Summary
Manage a market segment in Savannah, GA, overseeing member experience from booking through checkout, property relationships, housekeeping vendors, and maintenance. Coordinate reservations across Landing's platform and OTA partners like Airbnb and Booking.com, resolving escalations and reporting on market KPIs including NPS and cleaning quality. Onboard and launch new properties while triaging urgent operational tickets under pressure. Requires core hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, plus evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- Background in hotel operations, short-term rental management, vacation rental portfolio management, or high-volume hospitality
- Experience running a market, property, or operation with real autonomy
- Strong organizational and follow through skills
- Ability to triage under pressure
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Additional availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Additional availability during peak periods such as month-end and high-volume check-in times
