Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Service Leader preferred)
- Experience in full-service, fast casual or hospitality-driven restaurant environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
