Job Summary
Oversee and elevate the client experience within the Taiwan market, managing hospitality operations, food & beverage services, training programs, and events at AP Houses and boutiques. Lead the planning and execution of exclusive client events, from private dinners to large-scale celebrations, while collaborating with local and international partners to ensure seamless engagement. Regularly visit retail locations to assess service quality, benchmark competitor offerings, and drive client loyalty through personalized journey planning. Design and implement comprehensive training programs to elevate staff competencies in hospitality etiquette and client engagement, providing ongoing coaching to ensure consistent excellence. Maintain alignment with regional strategies through regular communication with retail teams and the Regional Hospitality Head. Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5 years of hospitality management experience. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and resources effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
