Job Summary
Direct dining room and housekeeping teams to ensure excellent resident service, manage labor and supplies budgets, and control overtime within prescribed standards. Lead sales efforts as Manager on Duty by responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and completing lease signings. Provide performance management, train staff on company standards, and solve issues before they escalate. Act as Manager on Duty when the General Manager is absent and maintain compliance through quality checks and safety rule adherence. Review daily menus with residents and coordinate room service delivery. This role supports Atria Senior Living's mission to create thriving communities for residents and their families.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Two (2) years of prior work experience in front of house supervision and leadership
- Experience includes managing employees
- Experience includes recruiting
- Experience includes customer service
- Experience includes labor scheduling
- Experience includes budgeting
- Experience includes expense management
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Word
- Basic computer skills Excel
- Basic computer skills Outlook
- Able to carry a serving tray with at least 4 meals and/or beverages at any given time
- Able to clean apartments and dining room as needed
- Position requires driving responsibilities
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company's Motor Vehicle Policy standards
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs
