Job Summary
Manage day-to-day venue operations, ensure service standards are maintained, and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staff management, stock control, and opening and closing procedures while remaining effective in busy environments. This role requires availability for a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Salary is negotiable between $79k and $99k depending on experience. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
