Job Summary
Manage daily venue operations, maintain service standards, and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee staff management, stock control, and opening/closing procedures while ensuring calm and effective performance in busy environments. You will rotate shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
