Job Summary
Manage daily venue operations, maintain service standards, and lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Oversee staff, manage stock, and execute opening and closing procedures while remaining effective in busy environments. Work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays. This role offers career progression within Australian Venue Co.'s network of 250+ pubs, bars, and restaurants across NSW, supported by internal development programs and a focus on diversity and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Strong food and beverage knowledge
- Ability to manage staff, stock, opening and closing procedures
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment
- Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
